Red Hills Triathlon - Begins in the Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park with a 1/3mile, wetsuit legal, lake swim, followed by 2 loop 19.3 total miles bike on traffic controlled roadways, returning to the park for a 5k run that has approximately 1 mile off-road. The Super Sprint will start as the last wave of the longer race, 1/4m swim, 9.6 mile bike, 2 mile out and back run.
