A 1/2 mile swim in the Atlantic Ocean - conditions permitting, a 16 mile bike ride over the Indian River Inlet Bridge and back and a 3.40 mile run into Dewey and back. It's an epic weekend in Dewey with their End of the Year Party on the beach that evening.
