On the shores of Nippersink Lake this sprint triathlon is a great 'first timer' event as well as veteran triathletes. Quick .5 mile swim followed by a rolling hill 12 mile bike, and a flat and fast 3.1 mile run. Great music and fun throughout the morning. Close parking to get to transition. Individual and Relay options.
